“JannAwaaz” is designed to help Indian citizens voice their problems, questions and opinions on a reliable and independent platform. This Platform is meant to tackle societal inefficiencies, corruption issues, and other community concerns by harnessing the collective energy of responsible and concerned citizens.
The Challenges

Creating a social media is itself a great challenge because we are connecting with the people and the community to help them raise their voice.
The target audience is the whole India and making it more easy to use and reliable with an empathy of social network.

Sometimes, We would say most of the times people doesn’t want to reveal their identity in this scenario.
It must emphasize on the easy navigation and the solving their problems which they are facing. So introduced 3 major features, Appreciate, Complaint & Query.

The Strategy
It was not only about the designs, It was about the emotions and the problems people are facing in day-to-day life. We connected the people with the experts( i.e. Officers) from various departments of India.
Now, reaching out to the experts is easy through this platform.
